Rick is a 30+ year veteran of the banking industry. He began his career in 1985 and most recently, joined the bank in October 2010 to serve as President in the Austin, Minnesota market before moving to Waterloo in 2013. Rick has a degree in Economics from Grinnell College and is a graduate of the IA Commercial Lending School, and a graduate of the Blandin Foundation’s Leadership in Ethnically Diverse Communities program. Rick is a member of the downtown Waterloo Rotary Club, treasurer of the Northeast Iowa Food Bank, serves on the City of Waterloo Highway 218 Design Commission, the City of Waterloo Historic Preservation Commission and is a board member of Main Street Waterloo.  His tremendous knowledge of banking and financial solutions, along with his commitment to his clients, make him a highly regarded professional.

Bob has been an active resident of the Cedar Valley since 1990 involving himself in numerous community groups and joined Community Bank & Trust as a Business Development Officer in November 2017.  Prior to joining our team, Bob served for 28 years as the Economic Development & Planning Manager for the City of Cedar Falls, Iowa where he played a major role facilitating local commercial, industrial, retail, and residential development projects.  He values the importance of long term business relationships and top notch customer service to our clients.  Bob is married with three children, all born and raised in the Cedar Valley and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

A resident of the Cedar Valley since 1996, Brian joined our team with over 7 years of banking experience combined with retail and business banking. Born in Fort Dodge, Brian is married with three kids and graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor's in Economics. He came to us from Wells Fargo in 2016 where he served as the Business Relationship Manager for Cedar Falls. Brian's grasp of banking and financial solutions, along with his meticulous attention to client service, make him a valued and trusted banker to his clients and the bank.
