Pauline Herb serves as Vice President of Treasury Management. She brings over 20 years of banking experience, specializing in the sales and service of treasury management solutions. Pauline oversees every aspect of her commercial clients' deposit accounts to ensure all their needs are met. Attention to detail and a strong commitment toward quality service, make her a valuable resource to her clients and the bank. Pauline is active in the community, volunteering her time on the boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters and AniMeals. She also serves as the co-coordinator for the bank's March of Dimes campaign and Big Brothers Big Sisters fundraiser.

 

Kellie Lindblom  |  Assistant Vice President, Merchant Services

Kellie serves as Merchant Services Officer. A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, she brings 18 years of banking experience. Kellie is ready to work with you and your business to provide comprehensive solutions for all your credit card processing needs including new installations, upgrades to existing systems, client inquiries and much more. Her grasp of banking and financial solutions, along with her meticulous attention to client service, make her a valued and trusted banker to her clients and the bank. Kellie currently serves as Board Member for March of Dimes Hawkeye Division and committee member for its Signature Chef's auction. In addition, Kellie has been a Junior Achievement classroom teacher for 12 years and helps raise funds for worthy causes such as March for Babies and American Heart Association.

 

John Rodriguez  |  Executive Vice President, Operations and Cashier

John Rodriguez is Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. His responsibilities are broad and include overseeing operations and cash management services. John is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and has nearly 30 years of banking experience, including positions in virtually every area of bank operations and cash management. He received the distinction of Certified Cash Manager in 1990 and he is the past President of the Eastern Iowa Cash Management Association. John is widely regarded as one of the most knowledgeable experts in the area of bank operations and cash management. His clients have included companies with revenues ranging from a few hundred thousand dollars to several billion dollars.
